James Finch
In 1992,  Jim took over the day-to-day operation of the business from his father Chuck.  His duties include management of the business, estimating of commercial and residential plumbing,  and project management.

Michael Baldwin
Mike was hired in 2001 and his duties include the estimating of commercial and residential projects, project management,  and customer service. Mike also schedules annual testing, installation,  and repairs of backflow preventors for irrigation systems.

Tom Willmore
Tom has been with Finch Plumbing since 1991. Tom worked in the field as a laborer and operator until 2004 when he was brought into the office to help with the estimating of our site work operations. Tom estimates and supervises all of our water service and sewer main and lateral projects.

Joyce Whitt 
Joyce was hired in 1999 and is our office manager. She handles all of our invoicing, payroll, and scheduling of service calls in addition to her many other duties.
